Kaitlin Reiman had her first paper accepted for publication:

          Reiman, K. M., Weaver, S. M., & Arrington, C. M. (in press). Encoding and choice in the task
          span procedure. Psychological Research.

Michael Andreychik, former Ph.D. student of Michael Gill was awarded tenure at Fairfield University
           in Connecticut.

Alexandra Frazer presented at the 36th Annual Conference of the Cognitive Science Society:

Recent Past

Lindsay Hough and Kelly Chu received the Dale S. Strohl ’58 Graduate Research Fellowship for Summer of 2012, and graduate student Alexandra Frazer received the Dale S. Strohl ’58 Graduate Fellowship for the academic year 2012/2013.

Justin Aoki presented a poster the 13th annual meeting of the Society for Personality and Social Psychology, San Diego, CA. Title: “Costly moral conflicts ignite aggression: When heated situations get even hotter”.

Jessica Goren presented a poster the 13th annual meeting of the Society for Personality and Social Psychology, San Diego, CA. Title: “Contextual Dependence of Social Support: Self-Relevant Concerns Shape the Experience of Enacted Support”.  She also published a paper in the Journal of Trauma & Dissociation.

Kaitlin Reiman presented a poster at Psychonomics in Seattle in November. Title: “Encoding and Choice in the task span procedure”.  She also gave a talk on the topic at the Eastern Psychological Association in Pittsburgh in March.
   
Lisa Connor was accepted into the University of Tennessee's doctoral program. Lisa will be presenting her work on “Preschoolers’ narrative production and comprehension” at the Jean Piaget Society Conference in Toronto this May.
           
Lindsay Hough will be presenting her work on “Theory of Mind embedded in the context of bookreading” at the Jean Piaget Society Conference in Toronto this May.

Joy Zhu and Barbara Malt presented their research at the Psychonomics Society.
